Desander Cavins is a simple, efficient and low cost tool, used in the production of water, gas or oil holes.
This accessory for production wells, separates abrasive solids from the fluid before it enters the pump, prolonging the useful life of the pump's components, reducing the number of interventions, and solids in the lines and at the storage batteries, in a simple manner and at a reduced cost.
It is possible to recover and reutilize the desander after it is installed.
CHARACTERISTICS
Easily installed and low cost maintenance, the desander is placed in the tubing column under any pumping system.
The centrifugal action of the spiral separates all the sizes of solid particles; gathering them at the “Mud Anchor” or at the bottom of the well.
Given that it does not restrict the production flow and it does not has mobile parts, it is gauged for any production gross flow.
Completely built in steel, its provides a long useful life. It can also operate as gas separator.
