This is a service where we offer double effect drilling jars: hydraulics-mechanics, which are configured according to the client's needs and characteristics of the well to be drilled. These jars act with a retard system, both to compression as to traction, applying on them the weight or the pertinent traction, according to the manner they were configured.
The main application of these jars is to avoid that the well column be trapped. Jars are ready to be activated (hit) and in this way, free trapped tools. We have jars of different diameters: 4 3/4", 6 1/2", etc. depending on the drill string to be used when drilling.

The mechanical catch makes sure the jars does not trigger unexpectedly.
The internal valve (Axial visco jet) provides consistent hydraulic delays, compensating the viscosity changes in the hydraulic fluid, caused by temperature variations.
